Adsorption of Cisplatin Molecules in Nanoporous Inorganic Materials as Drug Delivery Vehicles

چکیده

The use of nanoparticles as anticancer cargo systems for drug delivery is a promising modality, they avoid the known toxicity drugs on healthy cells by multiple to target cells. Here, adsorption behavior cisplatin molecules in two different inorganic materials, silica and metallic gold, investigated mathematically. 6–12 Lennard-Jones potential, together with continuum approximation, adapted calculate molecular interatomic energies between molecules. For each material, relation pore radius ℓ minimum energy determined, results indicate that occurs when radii are ℓ=5.3 ℓ=4.7 Å gold nanopores, respectively. method applications design novel nanocapsules future targeted gene delivery.
